Deposits Required
As a small Buisness appointment etiquette is upmost important. We are a service industry the solely relies on clients sticking to their promise of showing up to appointments booked. A deposit is required at the time of making your booking to secure your appointment.
You can cancel or change our booking up to 40 hours in advance of your appointment time at no cost. We understand life happens and will make adjustments if reasonable.
Saturday Rates
As I work limited Saturdays and by request. I only take time based bookings on the wk/end.
Experience a one on one appointment while indulging on a bakery treat and mock/cocktail or specialty coffee! Then unwind in the zen den with tranquil music, hot towel treatment and head/neck massage.
Time based allocation, meaning UNLIMITED:

1hr - $99-129 (Cuts) | 2hrs - $250 | 2.5hrs - $299 | 3hrs - $350 | 3.5hrs - $399 | 4hrs - $449

When booking a service at Brooklyn and Ki Hair you will be required to pay a non refundable booking fee. The fee will come off the total cost of of your service. The booking fee depends on your service you've booked.

Cut/Trims: Full price to be paid $50-55
Cut with Styling/Styling services : $50
Colour/Foil/Chemical Appointments UNDER 2hrs $50
Colour/Foil/Chemical Appointments OVER 2hrs $100
Any repetitive no shows/last min cancellations will be required to pay 50-100% of service as a non refundable deposit
Cancellation Cost
Cancellations within 30hrs of appointment will incur a 50% of service fee
Any No shows or last min cancellations (within 15hrs) will incur a 100% of service fee
How to Pay Deposit
OVER THE PHONE: Using our secure Booking system your details are hidden and stored.
This way you'll never have to call and do a deposit again. *Note this gives B&K the right to charge a no show fee*
ONLINE: Online booking system/APP.
Appointment Confirmations
At B&K Hair we send an automatic text 8am 2 days prior to your appointment. If that isn't responded to we will either call or send another text.
If no response is still met B&K Hair have the right to cancel any appointments that fail to confirm their appointment time. This will still incur a cancellation/no show fee.
